Looks like it's coming along! Steve and I actually bought INVESTMENT property - - problem is it's in Peoria, IL - But Caterpillar signed a 3 year lease with us for a positive $500.00 cashflow monthly. . . I think we'll do okay with it for the next 3 years - - after that "who knows???"
